Dwayne Soto

Dwayne Soto joined the staff of Vanderbilt’s Ingram Center for Student-Athlete Success as educational enhancement coordinator and learning specialist in April 2025.

He worked the previous two years at Utah as a learning specialist for football, lacrosse and women’s track and field, adding duties as internship coordinator for the Burbridge Athletics Academic Center in July 2024. Soto also has experience as an assistant learning specialist at Texas Christian a postgraduate assistant at Texas Tech, and he also served as a teacher and coach at Monterey High School and Cavazos Middle School in the Lubbock Independent School District.

A 2012 graduate of Texas Tech with a double major in exercise and sports sciences and Spanish, Soto added a master’s degree from the school in sport management in 2022.
